"The driver turned up an hour late, went to the wrong address and the reg wasn’t the one that was on the booking form. The car had a horrible smell meaning we had to have the windows open for half the journey. There was a beeping noise from the very beginning which he didn’t solve and covered with loud music which meant we couldn’t sleep. He then told us that he needed to charge his car before the drop off as he hadn’t charged enough, making us wait at a service station. We therefore got home over an hour and a half later than we booked. It also wasn’t advertised that this was an electric car. "

"A baby seat and 3 booster seats were ordered for 4 children. I was later told on the telephone that the booster seats were not available which I accepted. I highlighted on the telephone call that the baby seat was important as it was for a 1 year old only for the driver to arrive with no baby seat just a booster seat that is not appropriate for a young baby. The driver told us legally we could carry the baby but we wanted it for the baby‘s safety rather than for legal requirements. Without any other transfer available we drove with them to the airport with the mother and baby sharing a seatbelt."

On several occasions he seemed to be more interested in making a phone call. He was driving fast on the motorway, under treacherous weather conditions, with lots of surface water and torrential rain, which really unnerved a lot of people in the car."

And that was not something I wanted to do at 3am!! Previous drivers have made contact the night before or half a hour before pick up time. But once he arrived it all went well. "

"My original booking for a 14 seat minibus, made on 19 July and at a cost of £128, was cancelled 2 days before trip on 2 August. I the booked a different supplier through Taxicode for 2 8 seater’s (now costing £184!). Only one of these turned up on time (the other was somewhere in Victoria) resulting in some people electing to walk and the rest fitted into the single minibus. Our driver then cancelled the second vehicle. All very disruptive as we were at a memorial event. I received no apology, nor any offer to refund for the vehicle that did not arrive. Very unhappy"

They called me to let me know that they had not find a replacement. The pick up time was 10am, after all the phone calls (over 1h of several calls), we finally got a final answer around 10.40am. I then had to call 2 uberXL vehicles, I had ordered a 8 seat mini bus, to take us on the trip that was over 1h drive. This of course was a lot more expensive than what we had scheduled with you. "utterly abysmal!! I am extremely disgusted and will be requesting a refund. 1. I booked x2 minibuses for 14 people months ago for a hen party event I was running. 2. I booked the busses for 1:10pm from a London location. 3. I called the morning of the event (9:30am) to ensure that the booking was confirmed to which I was told it was. 4. I received a text message at 12:59pm asking me for the full address of the pick up location. I responded at 1:05pm with a picture of the address as well as written address. 5. at 1:09pm I received another text message asking if we had any luggage (When I booked I had said no luggage) and 'or only 7 pax?' (I had booked for x13 people AND confirmed that in the morning). 6. I replied at 1:09pm saying '13 people, no luggage' and got no reply. 7. at 1:23pm, I tried to call them and got no answer. 8. at 1:24pm I got a text message with a number plate and brand of car with an ETA of 3 minutes - already 13 minbutes late for pick up at this point. 9. 2 minutes later I got another car reg and brand. it was a Prius, definitely NOT a minibus. 10. at 1.28 I tried to call them with no answer. I followed up with a text message to say 'please pick up the phone, I need to talk to you'. 11. they ignored me and replied 'driver waiting outside' 12. I could see NO minibuses (it was a quiet corner road so impossible to miss any vehicles) so I text again asking them to 'call me'. no reply so I called them again at 1:30pm with no answer. 13. I finally was able to speak to them where I asked them what was going on and they eventually told me that there was a problem with the busses and so they had to send cars. the person on the phone then said to me 'please get in the cars quickly, they will not wait for you'. I said 'you were 30 minutes late to pick us up, you have sent the wrong cars and then haven't told the drivers who they are here to pick up, do not tell me to hurry up!' the taxi's were booked through Uber and Bolt and the drivers had not been told that they were bookings made for me so the drivers were rude to me when I asked if they were for us. I asked the drivers to call the person who booked and they then confirmed that the taxi's were for us. 14. they sent 3 cars (x2 4 person cars and x1 6 person car) the driver nor Taxicode told us that the 2nd car was a 6 person car and so 2 people were left at the end without any transport. 15. at 13:38pm, now 28 minutes later than booked, I text again to say 'I have 2 people left, I need 1 more car'. they responded saying they were sending me another car. 16. at 1:45pm I text saying: what is the ETA? and at 1:47pm they said 'The same XL is coming back to pick' 17. The XL came back to pick us up WITH the people it had already picked up 20 minutes before. They took those 4 passengers (including mother of the bride, sister of the bride, mother-in-law, sister-in-law) on a drive around London and then CAME BACK without dropping them off first! 18. Finally, I reviewed the cost of all the cars we had taken and what I had paid for the 2 minibuses. they made a profit of over GBP 50 through this. I am DISGUSTED with them and would actively discourage anyone to use them! "
"I would like someone to call me back. There were no 8 seater mini buses at all! Cars that eventually turned up, starting at 12.10pm, were 6 seaters. Third car turned up at 12.25pm with one more still to arrive. After calling your office, the man who answered said he would call the driver and find out what was happening and then call me back. He never called me back and when I tried to call him twice, after the initial ringing of the phone, he cut me off both times. I called the booking office and the woman I spoke to said my original booking had been cancelled. She did not now why, but they had been asked to quickly try and get some cars together and pick us up as soon as possible. There were no mini buses, only 6 seater cars, of which only 3 arrived. By this time we were late to our destination, so we then had to flag down 2 x black cabs as there was 7 people still waiting for a transfer. This was an awful experience. We had clients and important visitors attending and it made us look unorganised and unprofessional. I would like someone to call me back and I expect a refund after this dreadful service. "

Quite a challenge to find the taxi. Could have done with instructions prior to leaving the stadium as to where to head to. Already tipped diver at the point of drop off."

Didn’t get a call back for 20 minutes so I rang again to be told it was my fault they hadn’t turned up as I’d not provided my flight number despite sending it the day before and getting a response acknowledging my email with the flight number. The taxi never turned up so I had to get an Uber. I was late for my meetings and totally dismayed by the shocking level of service. Then we had to pay an EXTRA £40 EACH for the van that we paid over £500 for and then van that we had confirmation we were getting to come and take us home! "We didn’t use the service but we’re still charged full price. We had three days of flight delays and cancellations. At every stage. I called to update the driver to ensure that he was not inconvenienced. This was purely done out of courtesy. Finally, our flight was completely cancelled, and although it was not within our control, I was still charged the full amount, despite giving many hours of notice. They called me to let me know that they had not find a replacement. The pick up time was 10am, after all the phone calls (over 1h of several calls), we finally got a final answer around 10.40am. I then had to call 2 uberXL vehicles, I had ordered a 8 seat mini bus, to take us on the trip that was over 1h drive. This of course was a lot more expensive than what we had scheduled with you. In addition, since we were in a remote location, it took 30 min to find 2 uberXL, by the time we left for London we were more than 1h delayed."

"utterly abysmal!! I am extremely disgusted and will be requesting a refund. 1. I booked x2 minibuses for 14 people months ago for a hen party event I was running. 2. I booked the busses for 1:10pm from a London location. 3. I called the morning of the event (9:30am) to ensure that the booking was confirmed to which I was told it was. 4. I received a text message at 12:59pm asking me for the full address of the pick up location. I responded at 1:05pm with a picture of the address as well as written address. 5. at 1:09pm I received another text message asking if we had any luggage (When I booked I had said no luggage) and 'or only 7 pax?' (I had booked for x13 people AND confirmed that in the morning). 6. I replied at 1:09pm saying '13 people, no luggage' and got no reply. 7. at 1:23pm, I tried to call them and got no answer. 8. at 1:24pm I got a text message with a number plate and brand of car with an ETA of 3 minutes - already 13 minbutes late for pick up at this point. 9. 2 minutes later I got another car reg and brand. it was a Prius, definitely NOT a minibus. 10. at 1.28 I tried to call them with no answer. I followed up with a text message to say 'please pick up the phone, I need to talk to you'. 11. they ignored me and replied 'driver waiting outside' 12. I could see NO minibuses (it was a quiet corner road so impossible to miss any vehicles) so I text again asking them to 'call me'. no reply so I called them again at 1:30pm with no answer. 13. I finally was able to speak to them where I asked them what was going on and they eventually told me that there was a problem with the busses and so they had to send cars. the person on the phone then said to me 'please get in the cars quickly, they will not wait for you'. I said 'you were 30 minutes late to pick us up, you have sent the wrong cars and then haven't told the drivers who they are here to pick up, do not tell me to hurry up!' the taxi's were booked through Uber and Bolt and the drivers had not been told that they were bookings made for me so the drivers were rude to me when I asked if they were for us. I asked the drivers to call the person who booked and they then confirmed that the taxi's were for us. 14. they sent 3 cars (x2 4 person cars and x1 6 person car) the driver nor Taxicode told us that the 2nd car was a 6 person car and so 2 people were left at the end without any transport. 15. at 13:38pm, now 28 minutes later than booked, I text again to say 'I have 2 people left, I need 1 more car'. they responded saying they were sending me another car. 16. at 1:45pm I text saying: what is the ETA? and at 1:47pm they said 'The same XL is coming back to pick' 17. The XL came back to pick us up WITH the people it had already picked up 20 minutes before. They took those 4 passengers (including mother of the bride, sister of the bride, mother-in-law, sister-in-law) on a drive around London and then CAME BACK without dropping them off first! 18. Finally, I reviewed the cost of all the cars we had taken and what I had paid for the 2 minibuses. they made a profit of over GBP 50 through this. I am DISGUSTED with them and would actively discourage anyone to use them! "
"I would like someone to call me back. There were no 8 seater mini buses at all! Cars that eventually turned up, starting at 12.10pm, were 6 seaters. Third car turned up at 12.25pm with one more still to arrive. After calling your office, the man who answered said he would call the driver and find out what was happening and then call me back. He never called me back and when I tried to call him twice, after the initial ringing of the phone, he cut me off both times. I called the booking office and the woman I spoke to said my original booking had been cancelled. She did not now why, but they had been asked to quickly try and get some cars together and pick us up as soon as possible. There were no mini buses, only 6 seater cars, of which only 3 arrived. By this time we were late to our destination, so we then had to flag down 2 x black cabs as there was 7 people still waiting for a transfer. This was an awful experience. We had clients and important visitors attending and it made us look unorganised and unprofessional. I would like someone to call me back and I expect a refund after this dreadful service. "

Didn’t get a call back for 20 minutes so I rang again to be told it was my fault they hadn’t turned up as I’d not provided my flight number despite sending it the day before and getting a response acknowledging my email with the flight number. The taxi never turned up so I had to get an Uber. I was late for my meetings and totally dismayed by the shocking level of service. There was no apology and literally no concern for me as the customer."

"We didn’t use the service but we’re still charged full price. We had three days of flight delays and cancellations. At every stage. I called to update the driver to ensure that he was not inconvenienced. This was purely done out of courtesy. Finally, our flight was completely cancelled, and although it was not within our control, I was still charged the full amount, despite giving many hours of notice. Not happy, will not be using service again. "

He proceeded to tell me this was booked for 7people and needed to put his vehicle into mercedes to be fixed. I didn't feel very safe travelling without a seatbelt, but had no other option. Not very impressed."
